Rape Aggression Defense System For Woman    Sgt. Kevin A. Bishop

- Basic defense physical defense for woman.

- These classes are held once a week for five weeks.

- These are three hour classes that end on the fifth week with a simulation night.

- Woman of all ages and physical types can participate in these classes. The instructors

  will work closely to tailor the program to meet everyone's physical requirements.

- At this time, through Community Policing Grants, this program is offered at no cost.
